ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.

Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It is appears that it is a case of dispute between neighbours. First Information Report is yet to be registered. The apprehension of the petitioner appears to be legitimate. 4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
