This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to grant permission and give police protection to conduct the Molaipari Procession to be held on 09.05.2024 at about 08.00 pm., situated at Vaiyan Veethi Arulmigu Sri Kaliyamman Koil, Thiruthangal, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the third respondent already passed an order dated 27.04.2024 by rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for certain reasons. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed.
