ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 13 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Further Action dropped' and RCS notice has been duly served to the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there are serious allegations against the husband of the petitioner who was brutally murdered by the accused persons, but the second respondent referred the matter as 'Further Action Dropped' and no RCS notice has been served on him.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Further the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the defacto complainant forthwith and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is is at liberty to approach the concerned court by way of protest petition in the manner known to law.
