ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.89/2023 Dated 07/01/2023 from Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, this Court made the following order: "The learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, sent a letter dated 07/01/2023 requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.S.No.29 of 2012, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.04.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 07.01.2023, three months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S.No.29 of 2012."
