To Suspend the sentence of Imprisonment imposed upon the petitioner by judgment dated 19.07.2025 in Session Case No. 33 of 2020 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Karur and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the appeal

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment dated 19.07.2025 in Session Case No. 33 of 2020 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Karur and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of sentence. The earlier petition filed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.92 of 2026 came to be dismissed by an order dated 07.01.2026 as withdrawn. However, on going through the order, it is seen that the Court was not inclined to grant suspension of sentence and at that point of time, the petition was withdrawn. In view of the same, the same has to be construed as dismissed on merits.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands

dismissed.
