The Writ of Mandamus is filed to consider the representation of the petitioner for emergency leave to the convict on the ground to attend his mother's death anniversary.
2. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation for emergency leave was already considered the same was rejected vide proceedings, dated 25.03.2025 since the rule does not granting any leave to attend the death anniversary.
3. In view of the above fact, this Court is of the view that the representation on behalf of the convict been duly considered and rejected. If the representation is rejected, the rejection order has to be challenged.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. [G.J., J.] & [R.P., J.] 27.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No KSA To
