Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus,directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action against the 5th Respondent and to disconnect the unauthorized water taps connection by considering the Petitioners representation dated 28.07.2015. (Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the fifth respondent has given water connection to the residences without following rules and therefore, he has given representation to the respondents on 28.07.2015.

2.Pursuant to the said representation, the Additional Director of Panchayat, Thoothukudi, the second respondent has forwarded the same to the Block Development Officer, the fourth respondent herein directing him to disconnect the water connection, if there is any unauthorized connection. 3.In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the second respondent. However, we expect the competent authority to pursue the matter to its logical conclusion.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
