O R D E R

This writ petition is filed by a retired Teacher seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider her representation, date 20.10.2022 and to pay a sum of Rs.5,98,993/- being the amount of surrendering of earned leave and EOL on private affairs along with interest at a rate of 12% from the date of voluntary retirement ie., on 31.07.2019.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is confining the relief to the extent to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation, dated 20.10.2022 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

3. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner that seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 20.10.2022 submitted by the petitioner, in my considered view, it is appropriate and reasonable to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage with the 2/5

consent of both sides without going into the merits of the case with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation, dated 20.10.2022 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law to meet the interest of justice.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation, dated 20.10.2022 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
