ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to correct the name of the petitioner's late husband as Peter Leokierkles Elayton instead of Claitaan and age of the petitioner's late husband as 66 instead of 60 years in the death certificate issued by the third respondent on 17.06.2014, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, on production of relevant documents and details and after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
