3.Pursuant to the directions, the Chief Executive Officer of the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board has passed an order dated 29.11.2019. 4.According to the petitioner, this order does not conclude the proceedings and Special Officer has been appointed. If that is so the petitioner should challenge the said order. There is no contempt. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
