Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to issue a impugned orders of appointment in Na.Ka.No.E2/4958/12, dated 09.09.2015 on the file of the respondent No.4 issued in favour of the respondents Nos.5 to 7 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to make the appointment to the post of Bill Clerks by preparing the seniority of Seasonal Bill Clerks for the year 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.
