Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent, the Inspector of Police, Orathanadu Police Station, Thanjavur District to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family members on the basis of the representation, dated 28.10.2015.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police, Orathanadu Taluk, to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based on the representation, dated 28.10.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.10.2015, was duly enquired by the respondent police and the petitioner has appeared and gave an undertaking that he will workout his remedy before the Civil Court. He would further submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been closed by warning the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's possession pending the civil suit.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of as there is further order is required to be passed.
