This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in C.C.No.123 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri and transfer the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchendur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the accused persons has died in road accident on 12.08.2018

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
