This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in crime No.85 of 2019 and file final report, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is still pending and it is case in counter. This statement is recorded.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the first respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of Three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
