Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family members for leading a peaceful life in property measuring 0.30.00 hectares in Survey No.112/57 having Patta No.1054 at Manhikulam Village, Vizhathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District and also for protection of life of petitioner and his family members based on his representations dated 17.03.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner based on his representation dated 17.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 are threatened the petitioner and his family members. In this regard, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 17.03.2021 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking the aforesaid relief. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
