2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the F.I.Rs in Crime Nos.9 and 10 of 2019 itself quashed by this Court order, dated 22.07.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.9912 and 10117 of 2019. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
