ORDER

The petitioner, who is A1 in Cr.No.1 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent Police, has filed this petition to quash the said proceedings. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Cr.No.1 of 2025 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, provided if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
