O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, as per the representation, dated 29.05.2019. 2.On the earlier occasion ie., on 09.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was required to get instruction with regard to the stage of the representation given by the petitioner, since it is a family dispute. But, even today, there is no representation, for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default.
