PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the entire relevant records pertaining to the impugned First Information report in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the respondent No.1 Police Station and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

relevant records pertaining to the impugned First Information report in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the respondent No.1 Police Station and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on 15.02.2023 the Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

3. There shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, to process the above said Final Report within a time stipulated as per rule. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the content of the above said Final Report, he can workout the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
