ORDER

In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the application to get Education Loan and consequently consider the same as per the norms given by the Union of India and other norms prescribed by the Union of India.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The only objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondent that before filing this writ petition the petitioner has not approached the respondent bank.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has approached the bank in person. But in the subsequent event the petitioner has given an application. If the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application of the petitioner is in order, the respondent will consider the same as per IBI norms within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
