Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Section 279, 294(b), 324, 307 of IPC in Crime No.88 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8680 of 2018 seeking grant of Anticipatory Bail. Taking note of the serious allegations against the petitioner, this Court expressed its intention to dismiss the said Criminal Original Petition. Therefore, the counsel made an endorsement of withdrawal and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition was dismissed as withdrawn.

4.Now, by stating that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, the second anticipatory bail petition has been moved.

5. The fact that the injured has been discharged, cannot not be taken as a change in circumstances. In view of the
