ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the basis of the order dated 23.10.2018 passed in Cr.M.P.No.8328 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District.

2. The petitioner filed private complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, in Cr.M.P.No.8328 of 2018 and the learned Magistrate by and order dated 23.10.2018, has directed the respondent police to register the case and conduct investigation.

3. Accordingly, the respondent police is directed to register the case and proceed with the investigation as directed by the magistrate and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation and direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
