ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.52/2019 from the file of the 4th respondent to any other independent investigating agency for conducting proper investigation on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 02.04.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and it was taken on file in P.R.C.No.318 of 2019 and it was posted on 22.11.2021 for committal proceedings.

3.Since the final report has been filed and the same was taken cognizance by the trial Court, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, he has to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
