ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2022 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she was gifted with a land in the name of Pentecostal Church ad-measuring 6 cents comprised in S.No.466/1 and the church is now functioning in the gifted land. Patta was also issued in respect of subject property in patta No.3641. The third respondent is doing administrative work in the said church and also doing illegal activities in the church spoiling the entire name of the church by giving problems to the people of neighbourhood church, therefore she lodged complaint to recover the church from the third respondent. Thus the entire issues are civil in nature and as such the prayer sought for cannot be granted.

3. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However he petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate relief as against the third respondent in the manner known to law.
