Jeeva as Vocational Instructor in Electrical Machines and Appliances and R.Meenakshi Sundaram as Vocational Instructor in General Machines w.e.f. their respective dates of appointment voz., 14.06.2004 and 04.04.2007, with Salary and all attendant benefits.

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 07.03.2019, passed in W.P(MD)No.16389 of 2015, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2.It appears that by order, dated 07.03.2019, this Court disposed the Writ Petition, following the judgment of this Court passed in W.A(MD)No.1494 of 2017, dated 11.03.2018. As against the judgment of the Writ Appeal, the State has filed a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P(Civil) Diary No (s).2969 of 2019, wherein, the Hon'ble Apex Court has the following order:

"There shall be interim stay of the impugned order, until further orders from this Court." 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
