ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent herein from interfering with the day today activities of the petitioner's association new Plot No.18, V.O.C.Nagar, Thangaraj Theatre https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Backside, Thammanampatti Road, Vedasandur Post, Dindigul District without following the due process of law.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Vedasanthu Recreation Club was registered under the Societies Registration Act, vide Registration NO.59/2013 and though the said Club was functioned in Gandhi Nagar, Athumedu, Vedasandhur (Po), now it is shifted to Plot NO.18, V.O.C.Nagar, Thangaraj Theatre Backside, Thammanampatti Road, Vedasandur Post, Dindigul District and they apprehend that the respondent police interfere with the day today activities and hence, prayed for an order.
4. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has not made any interference in the functioning and activities of the club.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
