This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy to complete the trial in STC.No.3456 of 2016 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is of the year 2016 and because of the non appearance of the respondent and due to the non execution of the warrant that has been issued against the respondent, it has been kept pending and adjourned periodically. 3.Notice to the respondent has been served. But none appears for them.

4.Since it is a matter of the year 2016, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy to expedite the trial process in S.T.C.No.3456 of 2016, by taking appropriate steps to secure the accused person and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
