For Petitioner : Mr.R.Alagumani in Both CRPs For Respondent : Mr.Suresh for Mr.D.Karthikeyan in Both CRPs COMMON ORDER These revisions have been preferred to set aside the order dated 03.03.2022 and 09.03.2022 made in I.A.Nos.40 and 38 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No.817 of 2014 on the file of the learned Family Court, Madurai.

2.Even though applications were filed by the petitioner to reopen and recall of PW1 for the purpose of marking the marriage certificate of the respondent namely, the first marriage, it came to be dismissed by the trial Court stating that since the admission is made by the respondent herein, there is no issue. Against the above said observation, this petition has been filed. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in position to inform the Court for what purpose he has to mark the above said document.

3.Since there is specific admission by the respondent, I find no reason to entertain the petition. Since it is a matter of the year 2014, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to conclude the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.817 of 2014, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said direction, these civil revision petitions stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
