Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take immediate action against the 4th Respondent for committing several irregularities and illegalities during the implementation of the Solar Green Housing Scheme which is framed by the Government of Tamil Nadu and on the basis of petitioners representation dated 23.07.2015 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take immediate action against the fourth respondent for committing several irregularities and illegalities during the implementation of the Solar Green Housing Scheme which is framed by the Government of Tamil Nadu and on the basis of petitioners representation dated 23.07.2015.
2.Based on the allegation of misuse of authority in allocation of houses under the Solar Green Housing Scheme, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the competent authority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that action has been initiated to find out whether the nature of allegation is having any substance and thereafter, the authority will proceed in accordance with law.
