PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to measure and sub divide the petitioner's property and issue the patta to the petitioner with regard to lands in Ayyalur Village S.No.963/3 to an extent of 21 cents, S.No.966/4 to an extent of 7 cents, S.No.966/3 to an extent of 35 cent and common well situated in S.No.966/1 the lands situated Ayyalure Village, Vedasandur Taluk and Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to measure and sub divide the petitioner's property and issue the patta to the petitioner with regard to lands in Ayyalur Village in S.No.963/3 to an extent of 21 cents, S.No.966/4 to an extent of 7 cents, S.No.966/3 to an extent of 35 cent and common well situated in S.No.966/1, situated in Ayyalure Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the first respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
