O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to change the name of the property assessment and change the name in Town Survey Register in favour of the Manapparai Naidu Mahajana Sangam, Manapparai relating to the properties at Door No.5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, 5E and 5F comprised in T.S.No.76 Ward No.3 Mariamman Kovil Street, Manapparai Town Trichy District after removing the 2nd respondents name by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2013 after giving opportunity to parties concerned within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is represented by the counsel for the petitioner that for the issue raised in the Writ Petition already suit has been laid before the appropriate Civil Court.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. The petitioner is directed to work out his remedy, before the appropriate Civil Court. No costs.
