The above petition has been filed seeking orders to restore the second appeal, which was dismissed for default on 05.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner's earlier petition to condone the delay in filing an application for restoration of appeal was allowed on 05.02.2026.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to allow the petition.

5. Considering the above, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to restore the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 10.03.2026.
