Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the Impugned Order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O. (4D) No.11 Public Health and Family Welfare (No 2) Department dated 29.06.2012 in so far as the petitioners are concerned and the consequential order of recovery passed by the 3rd respondent in his Rc. No. 3842/A2/2012 dated 21.11.2014 and 4th Respondent in his Letter Na.Ka. No. 231/2014 dated 05.12.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to regularise the service of the petitioners from their date of appointment in the category of Village Health Nurse from 14.07.2007 and 17.11.2006 respectively.
