The petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation for removal of the excess soil available in the petition mentioned lands.

2 W.P.(MD)No.8186 of 2020 3.The petitioner's counsel draws my attention to the recommendatory report of the Tahsildar dated 12.02.2020. 4.The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
