The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.26585 of 2023, dated 11.09.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.26585 of 2023, writ appeal has been filed before this Court in W.A(MD).No.1689 of 2025, in which, C.M.P(MD).No.9442 of 2025, an order of interim stay has been granted.
