ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation in Cr.No.207 of 2019 dated 22.04.2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein to any other Superior Officer within the District on the basis of the representation dated 04.05.2019 sent by the petitioner to the 1st respondent herein and other higher authorities.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.207 of 2019, which has been registered under Section 174 (3) Cr.P.C. on 22.04.2019. The deceased is the daughter of the defacto complainant. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of two years, there is no progress in the investigation and so far final report has not been filed before the concerned Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the course of investigation, it was found that there is abetment of suicide and alteration report was submitted on 20.06.2019 and four persons were arrayed as accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8140 of 2019 4.Investigation has been undertaken in the right path and there is no requirement or need to transfer the investigation, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed by way of filing the alteration report. I find nothing survives for further consideration and direction and in the future if any grievance if experienced by the petitioner, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
