This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and his family members and the properties comprised in S.No.336/2D, situated at Paramakudi Main Raod, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, based on the judgment and decree passed by the learned Subordinate Court, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, in A.S.No.13 of 2019, dated 14.02.2020, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2020.

2. Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the third respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.253 of 2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
