Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute with regard to the land to extent of 3 Acres Agriculture land in the portion of the above said land situated at Survey No.250/10, 250/11, in Veeranam Village, V.K.Puthur Taluk, Tirunelveli District which is the scheduled mention property in O.S.No.232 of 2011 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Tenkasi Tirunelveli District and appeal in A.S.No.61 of 2015 and O.S.No.62 of 2015 which was pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tenkasi and another one pending before the District Revenue Office Court, Tirunelveli, with out any legally sustainable complaint and consequently direct the third respondent to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in D.K.Basu 1997 1 SCC P.146 case is pertaining to arrest or investigation.
