O R D E R

Mr.J.George Jacob Hciziz, Head Constable, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Sivagangai, is present. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 30.04.2014 given by the petitioner was examined by the Director of Vigilance and Anti Corruption and since it does not disclose any specific offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, the same has been forwarded to the Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Chepauk, Chennai-5 vide letter dated 12.05.2014 for necessary action. That apart, in the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has not made out a prima facie case for issuance of direction as prayed for.

2. In such view of the matter, this petition is devoid merits of and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
