This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.67 of 2019 on the file of the Thanthonimalai Police Station, Karur District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that compromise has been reached between the defacto complainant as well as the petitioner long before during the pendency of this petition. But, however, he is not in a position to get information with regard to the above said development from the petitioner.
