The prayer in this Writ Petition is innocuous. As such, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner submits that he has filed an appeal within time on 22.08.2024 under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982, on the file of the first respondent. He has also filed an application for interim relief. The third respondent is proceeding further by putting the award into execution. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to take up the appeal of the petitioner dated 22.08.2024 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the first respondent shall also consider the interim prayer made by way of an interlocutory application and dispose of Page No. 2 of 4
