O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to direct the respondents to produce the detenue by name Sankavi, Wife of Vivekananthan.

2. The third respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue informed that she is married to Mr.Vivekananthan. The marriage was registered before the Sub-Registrar Office, Y.Othakadai, Madurai, on 29.01.2015. The detenue expressed her desire to go with her husband.

3. We have also enquired the matter with the third respondent, mother of the detenue.

4. The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty.

5. Since the detenue apprehends danger to her life as well as her husband and taking into account the First Information Report lodged by Mr.Vivekananthan alleging attack, we direct the Inspector of Police, Namanasamuthiram Police Station, Pudukkottai District, who is present in Court, to take the detenue and her husband and leave them at the residence of the petitioner.

6. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above direction.
