Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioners based on the complaint of S.Lakshmi, D/o.Subbiah/ second respondent said to have lodged in the month of June 2019 in the matter relating to their matrimonial dispute. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioners based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the second respondent / defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
