ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.114 of 2012. Non bailable warrant has been issued against them in P.R.C. No.60 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam on 12.06.2018.

2.It is seen that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail and they were directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

3.The petitioners are complying with the said condition regularly.
