Respondents PRAYER : Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter Bhuvaneshwari (detenue), daughter of Late Ramakrishnan, aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner being the mother filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of detenu, who is none other than her daughter.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that for the second time the detenu has eloped with third party being a major. On the last occasion, the detenu was produced before this Court and thereafter, she joined the petitioner. After that, she once again eloped with him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any merit in this petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a petition before the Jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 97 of Cr.P.C.
