This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 831 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that pending quash petition, the first respondent police have investigated the FIR and further action was dropped. Hence, this petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
