Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 19.05.2020 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall execute a own bond before the Prison Superintendent and also furnish sureties within one month from the date of release.

3.Since the petitioner had released on bail and due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner is not able to produce the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni and hence he seeks time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
