GURUSAMY ... 3rd RESPONDENT/ 3rd RESPONDENT/DEFACTO-COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to the petitioner for surrender and furnish the sureties in Crl.OP(MD).No.5234 of 2020 dt.22.5.2020 before the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge,Madurai(Special Court for PCR Cases) and pass such other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.FARJANA GHOUSHIA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.3760 of 2020 execute a bond and also furnish sureties before the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai (Special Court for PCR Cases) within eight weeks. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner is not able to produce the sureties and hence he seeks time.
