ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioners to direct the third respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to life and limb of the petitioners based on their representation dated 27.03.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioners was considered and the same was also closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the representation of the petitioners was already considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
