[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking custody of the detenu, who is the son of the petitioner. The detenu was working as a driver with the fourth respondent. According to the respondents 1 to 3 the detenu from Tamil Nadu went to Calcutta through Andra https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pradesh. After getting down from Calcutta, he was missing along with money belonging to the fourth respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the private respondents have been investigated including the fourth respondent and the co-driver. However, the detenu could not be traced. The further investigation would reveal that detenu was last seen at Calcutta.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention. The Habeas Corpus petition deserves to be dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional police station at Calcutta.
